Site Head

Take overall charge of our WHO-GMP certified sterile injectable manufacturing site at GIDC Ankleshwar as Site Head. Key responsibilities: - Provide leadership across Production, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, HR and EHS functions - Own site operations: production planning, capacity utilisation, on-time dispatch and cost control - Ensure round-the-clock GMP compliance and audit readiness (WHO-GMP, national and international inspections) - Drive a strong quality and safety culture across the site - Represent the site before regulators, customers and corporate management - Lead expansion projects, technology upgrades and continuous improvement programs Requirements: - B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.E. with 18+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including 5+ years leading a sterile injectables site or plant operations - Proven track record in regulatory audits and large-team leadership
